Pertinent to mention here that the temple complex is already in the hit list of ANEs and 4 member police guards already posted for its security.
In a surprising move, out of four cops only two were on duty at the time of incident, and they too hid the incident. Reportedly before leaving the temple complex from the main gate, suspects locked the guard room from outside.

Dilbag ji along with Bholi Mata Committee members rushed to Dalogra and after initial inquiry informed the DIG, SSP, CO of nearby Army unit about the incident.
At about 4 pm troops, including Army, CRPF, Police, headed by Deputy SP HQs Rajouri rushed to the temple complex at Dalogra and conducted searches of the entire area which were continuing at the time of filing this report.
According to the initial report, the cop was sleeping after performing his night duty while the other was on duty.
Meanwhile, Bholi Mata Temple Committee members, including Pushpinder Gupta, Amit Suri, Gourav, have demanded additional security for the temple complex and protection for Dilbag ji Maharaj.
“The temple complex situated at Dalogra is at the hit list of anti-national elements and in the past, they have tried to cause damage twice. On Saturday we will meet SSP Rajouri for further action into this incident,” said Pushpinder Gupta.
When asked about dereliction of duty on part of the security personnel, he said it is a matter of police investigation.
