M/s Choudhary Stone Crusher!

Jammu, Aug 11: The violation in the mining has surfaced in Chak Ganeshu as the compliant said that M/s Choudhary Stone Crusher permitted for mining under registration number 070041212142 dated 18-05-2012 was producing non-listed products, which is violation to the laws and discrepancy in the inventory of Minor Minerals.
The complainant has mentioned clearly in his complaint lodged with District Mining Officer, Jammu that M/s Choudhary Stone Crusher is operating in violations of laws meant for stone crusher by the mining department. The complaint further said that his company and other stakeholders had noticed a discrepancy in the inventory of Minor Minerals available with M/s Choudhary Stone Crusher and he as a responsible participants in the mining industry closely monitoring mining activities and production records.
It is also mentioned in the complaint that the non-listed products have been produced by the said stone crusher and it has been requested to conduct a thorough investigation in to the said with an objective to verify whether M/s Choudhary Stone Crusher is accurately reporting their mineral production and adhering to all relevant regulations.
When I asked DMO Jammu Gulshan Kumar Sharma over this issue and he replied that the product was not visible to the consumer on the portal in respect of the concerned stone crusher but that has been rectified and it is available on the portal. He said that the product being produced by the M/s Choudhary Stone Crusher is listed that is in normal course.
