Jammu, June 28: How can the revenue officials including Tehsildar, Naib-Tehsildar, Girdawar and Patwari issue the farad of entire land measuring 2 kanal 2 marals in the favour of one share holder by ignoring the shares of three other shareholders in Chak Bana Brhamana, Patwar & Tehsil Bishnah faling under Khasra No 166 & 167? Has the money played a big role in this case? Who should be blamed in this case? Is our system faulty and need rectification? How long we people will bear with such corrupt and rotten system? These are very sharp but hitting questions for the revenue department and these should be addressed.
In Bishnah a fraud and corrupt case has been surfaced in which the revenue officers with corrupt intention has issued the farad of a land measuring 2 kanals and 2 marlas in the favour of one share-holder as he was the grand-son of one of the shareholder among four share-holders. The accused Rajinder Parsad son of Late Tej Ram resident of Chak Bana Brhamana Bishnah had managed the issuance of Farad in his favour as he is the grandson of one of the four co-sharers. As per the complaint lodged by a complainant Narsingh Dayal, the accused in connivance with the revenue officers including the then Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Girdawar and Patwari has issued the Farad in the favour of accused Rajinder Parsad and he later sold the land to one Satish Kumar son of Krishan Lal resident of Chak Bana Brhamana, Bishnah.
