2 drug-peddler arrested, 6 gram heroin recovered

Jammu, May 19: The Janipur Police under the supervision of its SHO nabbed two drug smugglers who are on the way to their destination but they could not dodge the nakka party.
As per the reports, during patrolling/Checking duties two drug peddlers namely Rohit Zadoo s/o Bansi Lal Zadoo and Dilawar Singh s/o Pritam Singh both residents of Laxmi Nagar Muthi, arrested alongwith 06 grams heroin like substance at Sishu Samadhi Bura Nagar, Paloura Jammu and in this connection a case FIR No 51/2023 u/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act got registered at Police Station Janipur and investigation started.
The Jammu police under the able guidance of SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli has made up its mind to neutralize the Jammu district from the drug-peddlers and other type of crime and so with each passing day the vigilant police has started a crusade against the crime and drug-peddling.
