Assembly losing credentials!

Jammu, Mar 27: Why the officials of assembly secretariat have taken 197 days to provide incomplete reply to a RTI activist and a prominent social activist who wanted to support the Lt Governor by exposing the wrong and favouritism appointment in assembly? Why not the higher authority take action against Farooq Ahmad Khan Public Information officer and Iqbal Gul Section Officer Administration Section for misleading and wasting the time of the RTI activist and the concerned office? Why not both the officials may be declared as deadwood to save the public money? What was the reason for deliberate prolonging the reply to a RTI? Why not the Chief Public Information Officer Qazi Mushtaq Ahmed provided the educational documents of the officials in question on which ground she acquired the job as he provided the joining report? These are some hard-hitting questions irritating in the mind of people and senior officers of the assembly must come out to reply.
‘Assembly and RTI’ both are contrary as the officers dealing with the RTI having their own laws and perception and they can justify whatever suits them. The unity in assembly has come up in a very strange way as they are trying to hide the illegal/wrong/favourite appointments but the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha is not in a mood to spare them and will fire them to save the state exchequer.
The illegal and wrong appointments had been made in past by the previous governments to compensate their workers but the then appointments made are shabby. To expose the wrong appointments in the assembly secretariat a prominent social worker Iqbal Singh Iqbal has filed an RTI, which was received on 19-07-2022 as per the Public Information officer Farooq Ahmed Khan but their callous attitude prolonged it.
One cannot imagine that how the officers of assembly secretariat tried to hoodwink the RTI Act of India and they successfully mocked on it. They tried to discourage the RTI activist who wanted to expose illegal/wrong/favourite appointments but a coterie did their best but RTI activist determined to expose.
The senior advocate said that the documents submitted to the office are not the third party information as they are the property of the office and office is the public property so it was wrong to pretend. The advocate said that officers of assembly are trying to hide something which might be wrongfully done and so they have said so.
I will spill the beans more and drag out all the skeletons in the cupboard of the assembly. There are many flaws made by the previous governments to appoint their favourites as the Lt Governor has made up his mind to identify all those and fire them out with recovery. Compromising with the educational criteria is also a biggest flaw and it would be exposed and will mention names of the officials.
