CT Scan of SSH is out of order for 3 days, patients suffering

Jammu, Feb 28: Why is not the J&K UT administration and Health & Medical Education Department providing a stand by CT Scan for Super Speciality Hospital Jammu? Why is not the J&K UT administration and Health & Medical Education Department providing a stand by Cath Lab for Super Speciality Hospital Jammu? Why the J&K UT administration and Health & Medical Education Department taking the Jammu’s patient suffering very lightly? When will the J&K UT administration and Health & Medical Education Department take the issues of Jammu’s patients seriously? These are very harsh and sharp questions for government but very relevant questions and need factual and purposeful replies.
Presently, the CT Scan machine of the most prestigious and premier hospital of Jammu which is known as Super Speciality Hospital Jammu remained non-functional for last three days and the patients are suffering badly. The only premier and super speciality hospital sans basic facilities like CT Scan when it went out of order.
Some months earlier, the Cath Lab went out of order and the cardiac patients suffered a lot and they ran to private hospitals. To repair the Cath lab then the engineers took more than one week but at present the three days have passed and the output is still to be seen.
In this connection, the Divisional Commissioner Jammu and Deputy Commissioner were informed and it is being hoped that the result will come very soon.
