- The Tehsildar Bahu is complying with the directions of DC Jammu in which it has been directed to get all the state land, custodian land and other types of land.
- The other Tehsildars must comply the DC Jammu directions so that state property may be saved.

Jammu, Jan 30: Some land grabbers has attempted to grab the state land in the guise of genuine owners of the land but the vigilant team of revenue officers under the Tehsildar Bahu Dr Rohit Sharma immediately swung into action and foiled the grabbing attempt of the grabbers.
The land in question is a state land and the same has been retrieved by the revenue officers of Tehsil Bahu under the guidance of Tehsildar Bahu Dr Rohit Sharma near about one year earlier but the land robbers were keeping an eye on this land. May be, the land robbers thought that revenue officers of Tehsil Bahu have got engaged in other works and it would be best opportunity for them but they forgot that they are still fully charged and no one can grab the land.
It is pertinent to mention that it has come in the of Tehsildar Bahu through Patwari halqa Chowadhi that some persons have been trying to encroach the prime state land near Petrol Pump Chowadhi in Kh No 800 and 801 of village Chowadhi which was retrieved an year ago. Acting swiftly, the Naib Tehsildar Bahu was directed to visit spot and to immediately stop any construction. Thereafter, the deputed officer has verified the spot in presence of police authorities and construction work was immediately stopped.
Subsequent to the communication of the Naib Tehsildar Bahu, the Tehsildar Bahu asked the police to register a FIR against the land grabbers and so a FIR No. 15/2022 u/s 447 IPC stands registered at PS Channi Himmat. Reportedly, Police authorities have arrested two accused persons and seized one Water tanker, one concrete mixer, 6 bags of cement and one plastic water Drum from the spot.
Pertinently Revenue Authorities of Tehsil Bahu, Distt Jammu under the Administrative control of Financial Commissioner Revenue, Commissioner Secretary Revenue, Divisional Commissioner Jammu and close supervision of the Deputy Commissioner Jammu have retrieved huge separate chunks of State land in last two years and have even registered 05 FIRs in separate cases against trespassers of State land.
