Jammu, February 3: Rakesh Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2021 batch, today assumed charge as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Administration) of Jammu district.
Prior to this, he served as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Hiranagar in Kathua district, where he was known for his administrative efficiency and commitment to public service.
