Jammu, Jul 05: How the then leaders running the governments were adjusting their own people at the cost of the poor people especially in assembly secretariat? Why did not they have any sort fear of the law of land? Why these leaders have played with law and appointed their blue eyed persons and cheated the others? Why not those wrong and manipulated appointments made against the advertisement DIPK No 1741 dated 20-07-2001 should be cancelled as there are several violations done? These are very hitting questions for the administration and the present regime will take serious note of these wrong and manipulated appointments and rectify them so that no one can dare in future do the same.
The then government has advertised some posts but the aim was to adjust their own blue-eyed persons. In the said advertisement there are many irregularities and discrepancies only to adjust their own persons. The advertisement invited application for several different posts but the system was different and the senior law experts said that there was some foul play and the same should be given to CBI for proper and impartial investigation.
As per the advertisement the three posts were advertised for Reporters/Jr Scale Stenographers (5000-8000) but they have appointed only two. The most intriguing part of the story that the then three Deputy Secretaries Mohammed Yaseen Shahm Mohammed Ramzan and Sami Ahmad Wani had conducted the interview for two days 17-08-2001 and 18-08-2001 but selected only two candidates as there were many applicants who had applied. This indicates that they have some mission and they accomplished the mission.
There are reports that family members of one of the officers of assembly secretariat running fake job racket for last so many years and alluring the youth. The brother of the said officer is alluring the youth and fleecing the money since last so many years. The entire family has well planned strategy to fleece the people on the pretext of providing government job. Such issues must be raised in the general meeting of house of Jammu Municipal Corporation to get the facts and it is hoped very soon it will be done.
