Who is senior officer Director or Principal?
- As per the order there is no scope to make any sort of delay in relieving the transferred official but Principal DIET Poonch has its own procedure.
- The Director School Education Jammu must check his order whether it is being respected or not.

Jammu, May 29: Why is not the Principal DIET Poonch relieving the Senior Assistant Mumtaz Hussain Bhat from his office after later being transferred and posted in HSS Arai Poonch? What is the intention of the Principal DIET Poonch for retaining the Senior Assistant Mumtaz Hussain Bhat Director in his office after being transferred by the School Education, Jammu vide his office order No 1043-DSEJ of 2023 dated 17-05-2023? Why the Principal DIET Poonch not adhering the orders of his senior officer Director School Education Jammu where the order clearly stated as ‘The officials are deemed to have been relieved from present place of posting and their salary shall be drawn in new place of posting’? These are very typical questions irritating in the mind of the people and the concern Principal must come forward to clear the air about the so-called violation of the orders of his senior officer i.e. Director School Education, Jammu.
On 17-05-2023, the Director School Education Jammu has made 29 transfers of senior assistants in the interest of the department and in the said order it has been specifically mentioned ‘The officials are deemed to have been relieved from present place of posting and their salary shall be drawn in new place of posting’ but the Principal DIET Poonch has no respect for the said order.
After the lapse of 14 days the Principal DIET Poonch remined unmoved and not let the senior assistant Mumtaz Hussian Bhatt falling at serial number 9 of the said order has not been allowed to leave the office and to join the new place of posting HSS Arai Poonch. The violation is violation but for Principal DIET Poonch it is normal thing and he is above system of the Jammu & Kashmir.
I attempted twice to contact the Principal DIET Poonch but both the times the phone remained unattended and could not get his version over the non-compliance of order of Director School Education, Jammu.
