The machine was doing mining and the material was being mined from the block and being filled directly in the dumpers, but the mining was being done elsewhere on the farms on which approval was given to carry the material to the dumpers. That is, with the connivance of the employees of the department, the material was being lifted on paper from some other block whereas in reality this mining was being done in some other block. This is not the first such case but this junior assistant is engaged in helping the mining mafia in every way.
In fact, the drivers of the dumper carrying the material had the challan of some other block. It means that the department had given the approval for lifting the material to some other block. Let us tell you that permission is necessary from the department first to lift the mining material. But here the Ganga is flowing completely in contrary direction. Keeping the rules in mind, the staff of the department is issuing approval. But despite, there is no action has been taken against the said junior assistant. It is very funny that only one employee has been deputed to give approval for mining. The one who is engaged in working according to his own will and to gather money from the people engaged in mining as a huge bribe.
