Millionaire cop gulping custodian land!

Jammu, Feb 15: Why not the Tehsildar Bhalwal has furnished the detail factual detailed report alongwith revenue extracts old/new of land covered under the 12 different Khasra numbers despite the lapse of 30 days? Why has the Tehsildar Bhalwal adopted the dilly-delaying policy to avoid the directions issued by the office of Custodian, Jammu vide its letter No 899/EPTJ/2023 dated 17-01-2023 to furnish factual report? How can the office of Tehsildar Bhalwal issue the Farad of the land after 17-01-2023, falling under the 12 different Khasra numbers for which the Custodian has sought factual report? How can a police cop-turned-property dealer sell the custodian land to the people on baseless documents without the involvement of the official of the concerned Tehsil? How can a cop-turned-property dealer become millionaire in very short period of time? These are some harsh questions to be replied by the concerned Tehsildar and the Custodian department as both are equally responsible to save the custodian land.
One social activist has come to know that one police constable who has been posted in one of the battalions sold the custodian land by invoking fake documents and faking the process, has approached the office of Custodian General on 17-01-2023 with a complaint against the erring officers besides to save the Custodian land. The Custodian, without wasting the time issued the directions to the Tehsildar Bhalwal vide its letter No 899/EPTJ/2023 dated 17-01-2023. Whereas, the 30 days have passed but the Tehsildar Bhalwal has not taken the cognizance of the directions issued by Custodian. The land in question is the property of the Custodian and no one can sell it in any condition.
The Custodian in his letter asked the Tehsildar Bhalwal to furnish factual report. The letter further said ‘Find enclosed herewith an application received from (name not disclosed). In this connection, you are directed to furnish the factual detailed report as per the contents of application alongwith revenue extracts old/new of land covered under the above (mentioned in subject) khasra numbers at an earliest.’
It is pertinent to mention that the last word used by the Custodian in his said letter is ‘earliest’ which clearly means that in shortest time period may be within five days at maximum, But 30 days have passed and the concerned Tehsildar has not bothered to reply even as mark of respect to his senior officer to show that he is on job. Here it is very imperative to mention that the quantum of land is more than 100 kanals for which the application is worried as it is the property of government.
The sources revealed that despite the letter of directions by Custodian received by the concerned Tehsildar regarding the Custodian and clearly mentioned the 12 different Khasra numbers, the Tehsildar has allowed to issue the Farad, which should not to be issued as per the norms. So the government must investigate it whether the Farad has been issued or not after 17-01-2023.
The land retrieving process in the entire Jammu & Kashmir is going on with full swing and the government must retrieve this land from the encroachers, who possessing wrong land documents.
The cop-turned-property dealer who was living in Baran some years earlier and now has shifted to Chinore must be investigated that how much land he has sold on faking the documents. Moreover, he managed several Power of Attorneys issued on the name of his family members including himself should be viewed seriously.
As per the reports, the cop-turned-property dealer has become millionaire and this is also a point that Anti Corruption Bureau and CBI take cognizance of it so that much more land can be saved from the cruel hands of millionaire cop.
