Mockery being made on the name of rationalization but JD revoked it

Only in School Education Department!

• Cluster heads are biased and they do not think an iota for the poor children who are battling for education.
• Mr LG, please send your roving eyes to check the chaos on the name of rationalization in School Education Department.

Jammu, Feb 13: A big mockery is being done by the officers of the school education department with poor and down trodden students of hard zones especially in Moghla and Khawas I the name of “So-Called” Rationalization.
In 44 schools of Moghla zone, there are near about 2900 students and 87 teachers only who are imparting education among the students and In 16 Schools of Zone Khawas, there are 1888 students with 25 Teachers who are suppose to build the character of the new generations.
Government has framed a policy throughout the UT for Rationalization according to MHRD Guidelines with pupil Teacher Ration 1:12 for Elementary and 1:30 for Secondary and 1:45 for Higher Secondary, but here in these schools of Moghla and Khawas PTR are remained 1:100 and somewhere 1:75, which is great Injustice with poor students.
Cluster heads are just accommodating their relatives, kith and kins in some schools where PTR remains 1:1 as cluster head of Boys Higher Secondary School Darhal has done during the Rationalization which was ultimately revoked by Joint Director, School Education Rajouri-Poonch.
As the cluster head Principal Boys Higher Secondary School Darhal, Rationalized only his own family members as shown in Rationalization order at serial no. 1. Khalida Parveen GMS Sagrawat to BPS Muhalla Mochian where 4 teachers have already been imparting Education to 23 students. Khalida Parveen is wife of Sajjad Ahmed Malik Principal of Boys Higher Secondary School Darhal, Malkan. He has watched his own interest granting relief to his wife, and the poor children of GMS Sagrawat are left on the mercy of God and they are suffering due to the shortage of teachers.
The second is Shaista Parveen GMS Dodaj to GMS Darhal is illegal Rationalization based on favoritism and nepotism. Ultimately a complaint has been lodged by one Imran Amin, in the office of Joint Director Rajouri-Poonch on 03-01-2023, on the instruction of Joint Director a committee of officers has been constituted by Chief Education Officer Rajouri Sultana Kouser which inquired the matter in-depth and submitted its report to Joint Director Poonch, on the basis of inquiry the Rationalization order dated 07-11-2022, has been revoked.
It is very unfortunate that cluster heads are not doing justice with the poor students in remote corner of the district where there is a large no of students are enrolled in schools, their future and education is at stake and the new coming generation will suffer a lot in present age of advanced technology. It is Injustice with the poor and down trodden parents in all UT J&K in Education Field.
The parents are requesting with folded hand to Lt Governor, that this system of cluster head which was once framed by the then Education Minister Nayeem Akhter in 2015, who made Education system defunct by empowering these cluster heads and there are so many examples are recorded that cluster heads were used to transfer teachers in their clusters by watching their own interests and accommodating their own relatives on favoritism.
Keeping the interest of students aside, they always relieved the teachers and students were being suffered a lot. Now it is necessitated that Lt Governor must intervene and the old system adopted by Nayeem Akhter may kindly be abolished immediately with an option that only Chief Education Officers be authorized in district for Rationalization, which will fetch the interest of the students who are living in hard areas of zones who are badly suffering from the shortage of the teachers.
