Uniformed Property Dealer is eager to invest 60 lakhs around the ring road

Jammu, Dec 30: A Sub Inspector posted in the DRK range is working as a property dealer nowadays. The property dealer in Uniform is earning huge amounts of money by dealing in real estate. Recently he earned a sum of Sixty lakhs by finalizing a property deal in which he is contemplating investing in some other property. He has a good knack for earning huge profits by investing in real estate business these days he is scouting land on the ring road near Bhalwal so that money earned from a real estate deal in the Thandi Khui area of Samba district is invested in the upcoming hub of real estate near Bhalwal ring road in Jammu district. A big investigation is going on against this officer due to which he has not been promoted, but before being cleared from that investigation he started to deal in real estate taking advantage of his position and uniform.
As per reports, this Sub Inspector is posted in a big police station at the highway district of DKR range but he has made property dealing his first passion and is least bothered about his official duties. He has made a group and has set up a vast network in the Samba district where he is actively involved in many property deals. He had purchased land at the Thandi Khui area of the Samba district a few months back and after selling it recently had earned around 60 lakh rupees. he is scouting to invest this amount in some other property in the Samba district as well he is also interested in areas around the ring road in the Bhalwal area of the Jammu district. He introduces himself as SHO and boast’s that he has some money at his disposal which he wants to invest. Recently he visited a few areas in Bhalwal but the deal could not be struck due to the high price of the plot.
Now he is looking for other properties in Samba and Jammu districts. This is not the first time that he has indulged in the real estate business he is constantly investing and earning huge profits from these deals. The Sub Inspector is from Jammu District. He has been posted as Police Post In charge in the Jammu district, besides he was also PP in charge in the RP range. In between, he was involved in a big case and stern action was initiated against him at present he is posted in the DKR range.
