Jammu, May 27: In a much-publicised kidnapping case of Rubiya Syed, daughter of former Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Syed and sister of PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti, the Jammu TADA on Friday summoned Rubiya and one Shahnaz as witnesses in the case.
Special Judge Ashwani Sharma fixed July 11 and 12 for their appearance before the court.
The charges were framed on January 29, 2021 under various offences against JKLF chief Yasin Malik and others. UNI
