Jammu, Nov 14: Every third day there is a announcement of a policy or a meeting is held and the story is circulated in the media about the “Efforts” of the government for providing employment to the educated and skilled people. But on the ground so far nothing has happened, whatever has happened is the notification of some recruitment which in total is not more than three or four thousand. But there had been a system which engages more than seventy thousand skilled people of various fields immediately after announcement. Let the government invite proposals from private producers for the production of programs for DD Jammu, DD Srinagar and DD Kashir under commissioned category, immediately about thirty to forty thousand people associated with various types of fields of production will be on the job and after the approval of projects another forty to fifty thousand people will find job. And if this process is carried about for six or seven year most of them will have their own private production houses and a fresh batch of about forty to fifty thousand will get the job. If government is serious let her announce commissioning for all the three Kendra’s, this on the other hand will also promote the regional languages and culture.
