Jammu’s Bunty & Babli booked!

• The Bunty is Shivinder Singh and Babli is Haji Mohd Afzal as both are cheating the people on the name of selling of land.
• Both are notorious and people are advised not fell in the net of these cheater.

Jammu, Dec 05: How can ‘Bunty & Babli’ sell the state land to a private person on their behalf? How many pairs of ‘Bunty & Babli’ are active in Jammu? Why is the ‘Bunty’@ Shivinder Singh staying in Kashmir for last 6 months? Why is not duo ‘Bunty & Babli’ cooperating with police as per the directions of court? Why is not the revenue department actively controlling the state land so that no one can sell the state land fraudulently? These are some harsh questions irritating in the mind of people, besides revenue department and administration must come out to reply these questions to quench the people urge.
After Akhnoor, now another pair of ‘Bunty & Babli’ has surfaced in Jammu as duo has swallowed 70 lakhs of rupees from a businessman who has given the said amount as Biana against the land measuring 21 kanals and 13 marlas worth Rs 1,94,85000.
The new pair of ‘Bunty & Babli’ is identified as Shivinder Singh son of BS Bandrla resident of H. No. 916, KV Nagar, bantalab Jammu and Haji Mohd Afzal son of Haji Mohd Ibrahim resident of Hyderpora Janipur, Jammu. Duo ‘Bunty & Babli’ (Shivinder Singh & Haji Mohd Afzal) has been booked for cheating a businessman Rajesh Kumar, who has come in contact with them over purchasing of land measuring 21 kanals and 13 marlas. The duo has played a trick on a businessman Rajesh Kumar and cheated on him to fleece his money.
The duo ‘Bunty & Babli’ has falsely showed Rajesh Kumar the state land as their own land and convinced him to purchase the said land. The duo Bunty (Shivinder Singh) and Babli (Haji Mohd ASfzal) has won the trust of Rajesh Kumar and in turn Rajesh Kumar has paid an amount of Rs 70 lakh as advance money for the sdiad land, which is a state land and no one can sell it.
The sell to agreement was entered in February 28, 2019 and till then duo Bunty & Babli started dilly delaying process to avoid them. The purchaser Rajesh Kumar waited long for to get the possession of the land but unfortunately he could not get the possession form the cheaters.
The businessman then approached the court and got the FIR registered in Amb Gharota Police Station under section 420, FIR No 121 dated 16-11-2022 against the Bunty & Babli namely Shivinder Singh and Haji Mohd Afzal.
The court has directed the duo to cooperate with the police but both evading the police station and defied the court directions.
It is pertinent to mention that on 18-02-2022 the Tehsildar has seized their two JCB for illegally operating in the land as both have attempted to get the land use changed fraudulently and later on they have caught. The duo Bunty (Shivinder Singh) and Babli (Haji Mohd Afzal) have managed to change the land use of 200 kanal piece of land but remained unsuccessful.
