Awarding tender to tainted NSEIT to conduct CBT was a blunder of Tender Committee

Needs deep investigation!

• The tender Committee under the chairmanship of Shagun Sharma has done blunder for awarding tender to tainted firm NSEIT Limited.
•  In this case CBI enquiry also needed to expose the scam in this case too.

Jammu, Oct 03: Which firm has conducted the CBT test of Sub-Auditor, Junior Assistant, Plant Protection Operator, Beekeepers Junior Laboratory Assistant and Junior Engineer? Has the firm NSE IT Limited possessed trustworthy credentials or it was already tainted? Why the then Tender Committee headed by Shagun Sharma has allowed this firm? Who was responsible for awarding contract to this tainted firm? These are the very serious issues to be deeply investigated by the CBI and the government to crack on the real culprits from inside or outside JKSSB.
After the cancellation of examination conducted in the form of OMR, now the examination conducted as CBT are in dubious and it seriously need to be investigated deeply as there are many indications which can lead a scam. The tainted firm namely M/s NSE IT Limited has conducted the CBT based examination of Sub-Auditor, Junior Assistant, Plant Protection Operator, Beekeepers Junior Assistant and Junior Engineer.
Let we discuss about the firm namely M/s NSE IT Limited as this firm has conducted the CBT test in Uttarkhand in this year and the government has to cancel the selection list as it has reports of paper leaking. The then Uttarkhand government has initiated the investigation and found that the said firm involved in paper leaking at several occasions this is quoted by a news agency. The preliminary investigation revealed that some private institutes where the examinations were conducted had also been identified.
The Professional Examination Board Bhopal has terminated the contract with the said tainted firm vide its letter No PEB/12/110/Cont/5080/2021 dated 14-09-2021, a notice regarding termination of contract for events of default (hereinafter referred to as ‘Termination Notice’) was issued to M/s NSEIT Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘NSEIT’), with whom Professional Examination Board (hereinafter referred as ‘PEB’) had entered into a contact vide agreement dated 15-10-2020 after RFP dated 22-08-2020 for selection of agency for management of examination center and supply of examination engine. This order was issued in furtherance to the above-mentioned termination notice and drawn its legality from the RFP/Agreement between the two parties.
Meanwhile the GAD has removed some officials from the JKSSB to clean the board they are as Shagun Sharma – Member; Ashiq Hussain Lily – Member; Neelam Khajuria – Member; and Narayan Dutt – Member. Whereas, the GAD has posted Ghulam Hassan Sheikh – Member; Amit Vermani – Member: Reyaz Ahmad Malik – Controller of Examinations; and Atul Kumar – Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
