Naseem Khan and government employee enter fraudulent mutation under 3A

Jammu, Sep 22: Who is Naseem Khan and what is his work? How Naseem Khan has turned into millionaire in a very short period that too without any business? How a private person can grab the custodian land and then get it mutated under 3A, which is meant for POK refugees? Who is the government official supporting Naseem Khan in grabbing land and why has he turned into property dealer instead of government employee? These are some issues, which need immediate action and to be resolved so that no one can dare to grab the land by falsely invoking some land act.
Naseem Khan was selling milk some years earlier and he sudden rose to millionaire that too without any business or lottery draw. He with the support of one Jagjeet Singh alias Jaggi and one government employee turned into land grabber and supporting the Naseem Khan son of Sultan Ali resident of Masjid Mohalla Burn in grabbing the custodian land and the get it mutated fraudulently by invoking 3A land act, which is purely meant for displaced persons of POJK of 1947.
They have grabbed the a large chunk of land near Patwari office Bhalwal as the land has been possessed by the other person but the girdwari is on the name of government employee who has link with some of the official of Custodian office Jammu.
Not only this, Naseem Khan with the help of government official who extend all logical support, has illegally got the peice of land of 16 kanal mutated under 3A and the most corrupt Patwari has entered the fraudulent mutation and there are several corruption charges against the said corrupt Patwari lying in the office. Even ACB has received the complaint against the corrupt Patwari who has done this illegal mutation of 16 kanals land falling in khasra number 2598, 2599, 2600 and 2016.
In this concern, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau has taken the cognizance of the illegal mutation of 16 kanal land and wrote to the District Vigilance Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner District Jammu vide its letter No SSP/2022/RS/ACBJ/4841-42 dated 13-07-2022, to furnish some information regarding ‘Attested copy of Girdwaeri with effect from 2010 till date; attested copy of Jamabandi and other documents.
The ACB has not received the reply yet and it is being hoped that concerned ADC Jammu will furnish requisite information to dig the truth.
There are reports that Crime Branch has registered the case against Naseem Khan for several misdeeds and whereas his associate who is a government employee is also equally guilty in making the fraudulent mutation. The government employee has some link with one of the officials working in Custodian office Jammu.
