ACB arrests Patwari Munish Singh his tout Ashif Choudhary with Rs 4000 bribe

Patwari keeps tout openly!

  • Despite his transfer vide order No 40-DCJ of 2021 dated 24-11-2021 the Patwari Munish Singh Charak has not joined his new placer of posting after passing 9 days.
  • The transfer orders clearly read as ‘The above Patwaris shall be deemed to have relieved with immediate effect.’ But he does not care for DC Jammu and he treat DC Jammu very casual.
  • Every Patwari has kept a tout openly but nobody has taken cognizance of this big corruption going on in the chamber of Patwari.
  • Patwari Ashwani is also equally responsible for this bribe episode and Ashwani Kumar be interrogated to get the truth in the bribery episode as why he not joined the new place of postings.
  • The order clears says that with this order all the eight Patwaris have been relived automatically with the issuance of order.

Jammu, Dec 03: Why Patwari keeps one tout in his office without any government permission? Who pays the salary to the touts of Patwari? Why the government is not raiding the office of Patwari to nab the touts? Why the concerned Tehsildars are mute spectators when they knew that Patwari has openly kept a tout in his office to fleece the people? Why not CID taking cognizance of the patwari office, where a tout is sitting openly to fleece the people? Who will stop the trend of tout openly sitting in the chamber of Patwari? Why Deputy Commissioners are not issuing orders to remove touts from the office of Patwaris? Why has not the Patwari Munish Singh Charak joined his new place of postings as the transfer orders clearly says patwaris deemed to be relieved? Why not this Patwari Munish Singh Charak honoured the order of DC Jammu regarding his transfer? Why not Patwari Ashwani Kumar joined the new place of posting Thathar, Bhalwal? These are some tough but relevant questions with some substance irritating in the mind of people and the senior revenue officers have to answer all these questions so that people may get satisfied.
