Prof. Baghle, Union MoS visits eco-friendly plant ‘Concrete Designs’ at Rajouri

Rajouri, Oct 5: During his two days visit to Rajouri district under an outreach program of the Government of India, Prof.S.P. Singh Baghel Union Minister of State (MoS) on Tuesday visited MSME Unit-‘Concrete Designs’ at Muradpur; high school & Mughal Fort at Chingus &held meetings with the district officers and representatives of District development Councils, Block Development Councils, and prominent citizens.
Prof. Baghel, Union MoS for Ministry of Law & Justice visited the state-of-the-art MSME Unit-‘Concrete Design’, manufacturers of eco-friendly Fly Ash Bricks, Cement Blocks & Paver Tiles.
While inspecting the automatic block-making plant, Prof Baghel, MoS interacted with the production and sales team and appreciated the quality of the environment-friendly bricks made from the fly ash which is the residue of thermal plants.
“Such plants could reduce the pollution of the environment to a large extent. The administration and the public should use eco-friendly products in the construction works” said MoS.
Prof Baghel, MoS lauded the efforts of the Managing Director, Ashish Langer for launching such an innovative concept of Green Bricks in Rajouri and providing employment opportunities to many locals.
MD of the Plant, Ashish Langer said, ” It is an honour for us to host Union Minister today [Tuesday] at our plant. His visit is full of symbolism with the J&K undergoing economic and structural changes after the abrogation of article 370. We are extremely proud of his presence here at our plant,” said Ashish Langer, Managing Director of the plant.
Chairman of the plant K.K Langer and Director Abhishek Langer welcomed the minister along with DC Rajouri Rajesh Shavan, SSP Rajouri Sheema Nabi, Ex MLC Vibodh Gupta, Addl DC Sachin Dev, ADDC Rajouri Pawan Parihar, GM Industry Manzoor Hussain, ACR Tahir Malik, Addl SP Vivek Shekhar, Deputy SP (HQ) Vinod Sharma, other district officers along with many prominent leaders and citizens of Rajouri.
