Demand for CBI Inquiry into infamous JKP SI Exam intensified
It is time to hit hard!
- The aspirants demanded in depth enquiry of FAA Exam also, so that real picture may come out.
- The government must immediate order to probe and inquire in depth of written test of FAA so that all the miscreants be exposed.

Jammu, Jul 07: With the submission of the report to the government by the Enquiry Committee constituted by the government to inquire the infamous and rigged JK SI written test, the demand of CBI enquiry has got sudden impetus as the aspirants on heels, whereas the Crime Branch is all set to register the FIR in this case in next week.
The demand for the CBI Enquiry into the alleged infamous and rigged JKP SI written test intensified as hundreds of aspirants gathered today at Press Club Jammu to stage a protest for the same. As reports of various newspapers and electronic claim that Enquiry Committee, ordered by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, has submitted its report with the specific recommendations to immediate scrape the written test of JKP SI, besides an in-depth enquiry, the aspirants demanded that immediate FIR should be lodged in this matter and all the culprits and scammers including aspirants involved in this infamous scam of selling of paper should be booked under relevant sections of law and put them behind bars.
The aspirants while addressing the media said that from the first day that they have been saying that this scam is believed to be engineered by an interstate racket hence needs to be handed over to CBI so that all those miscreants involved in this multi-crore scam should be booked. They said that the delay in handing over the matter to CBI is raising questions on the credibility of Lt Governor administration.
Many of the aspirants claimed that sufficient leads and substantive evidence has been given to the various agencies and many of them directly relate with the Finance Accounts Assistant written test. They further said that they have been raising their voice since then but then Chairman JKSSB threatened them to lodge a case on them for defaming JKSSB. They said the Finance Accounts Assistant written test should also be investigated in depth as there are many leads that there is a scam in it also.
Aspirants further said that with the days are passing the people involved in the scams are given enough time to manage things. They further appeal that the other aspirants on protest to join them to demand capital punishment for all scammers. They said it is not possible to segregate all aspirants involved in the scam as its intensity seems to be high and it is not a CBT test like UP where segregation is easy.
They demanded that immediately FIR should be lodged and capital punishment should be given to set an example for all.
They further opined that all aspirants should unite and demand for a CBI enquiry. They said some people are trying to divide the aspirants on the name of meritorious and others where as there is no final selection list and the result declared is also under question hence we should be aware of them. The further said that in Himachal after scrapping the exam immediately Rexam was conducted within days we too demand the same. They said our movement will not stop until all culprits are booked and put behind bars irrespective of their ranks and profile.
