ETs fined score of SOPs violators, recover Rs 22,500 fine

Rajouri, Nov 29: Out of 1295 reports received on Monday, two positive cases were detected in the Rajouri district, thus taking the tally to 19 while no patient was recovered today.
Out of nineteen active Covid cases, 2 patients are under treatment in the GMC&AH at Rajouri, two are under treatment in the Army /BSF hospital, thirteen are in home isolation and one positive case has been detected outside the district.
As per the daily bulletin issued on Monday as many as 774 people above 18 years of age were administered first (39) and second (735) Covid vaccine doses across the district, thus bringing the cumulative number of doses administered in the district to 8,36,131.
During the first & second waves 6,48,946 tests, including RAT (4,93,095)and RT-PCR (1,55,851) have been conducted to date in district among them 11328 were tested positive out of which 11071 have recovered while 238 died including 183 during the second wave.
Enforcement Teams (ETs) fined scores of violators of Covid-19 SOPs on Monday and have recovered a fine of Rs 22,500 taking the total amount fined since April 1 to Rs 66,00,734.
The Enforcement officers urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest Covid Vaccination Center.
