On many places revenue record is missing but FIR one place is unfair

Missing of revenue record is a bigger conspiracy!

• Other Tehsildars are getting immunity as there is no FIR in the wake of record missing.

Jammu, Nov 29: Why the government is not taking seriously the missing of revenue records including Massvis and Lathas? Why the government is so callous about the missing of missing of revenue records including Massvis and Lathas in the other tehsils too? Will registering the FIR only in one Tehsil serve the purpose in the interest of public? Why government is not registering FIR in other Tehsils too in case of missing of revenue records including Massvis and Lathas? Was it eyewash of the government to register an FIR in one place only? May be it is an attempt to save the skin in the court in any case? These are some very hard but relevant questions to be answered by Divisional Commissioner Jammu to clear the air of doubt as people are in quandary.
The matter is that the administration has registered an FIR in the case of missing of revenue records including Massvis and Lathas in Bahu tehsil but we have reports that near about 40% revenue records including Massvis and Lathas in the entire Jammu province but there is no any action on those officers of concerned tehsil. The people are in opinion that there was anything which is being hidden by the government so the government is ignoring other places where the record is missing.
Let me come on the point that the people of two areas where the record found missing the people are in quandary as they are not getting their land records in the wake of missing of records. The reports further revealed that the records have been missed for decades back but the work was going on but after registering the FIR the work has been stopped and the people are wandering hither and thither in the want of record. The administration must devise a way to provide service to the people but nothing has been done, so far. To make the people suffer is not in the interest of administration.
