Div Com initiates inquiry against Patwari Parnav Dev Singh for misusing his official position
*ADC Jammu Ghansham Singh (KAS) says several complaints are against Patwari Parnav Dev Singh for misusing his official position and the office will surely act against him strictly.
*The reports are in circle that several complaints are lying with ACB Jammu for abusing his official position.
Jammu, Jul 16:
The Addition Deputy Commissioner Jammu Mr Ghanshyam Singh candidly accepted that there are many complaints against the said Patwari and the department would firmly take action against him as he has wreaked several wrong doings in the department.
The ADC was discussing on the one complaint against the said patwari, which has been received from the office of Divisional Commissioner Jammu vide its office No 502/Misc-Jammu/Complaint/21/468 dated 24-06-2021. The office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu has further referred the complaint to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jammu North with a direction to enquire into the matter and furnish the factual report to the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu at earliest.
The referral letter of enquiry is written to SDM Jammu North on 01-07-2021 vide DC Jammu office letter No DCJ/Comp-Div Com/2021-22/226 and is signed by the Ghanshyam Singh Additional Deputy Commissioner, with another charge of District Vigilance Officer Jammu. The letter contains as, “Subject: Complaint against Patwari Parnav Dev Singh presently posted at Niabat Sidhra for deliberately causing sheer misuse of official position, issuing Farad Intikhab of land (Gair Mumkin Jarh) during the year 2018, while his positing in revenue village Kanger/Tehsil Bhalwal under the jurisdiction of SDM Jammu North” The letter further said while referring to SDM Jammu North, “Please find enclosed herewith a copy of complaint received from Assistant Commissioner (Central) with Div Com Jammu vide letter No 502/Misc-Jammu/Complaint/21/468 dated 24-06-2021 regarding the subject cited above. In this connection, you are requested to enquire into the matter and furnish a factual report to this office at the earliest. The matter may be treated as most urgent.”
