DSEJ tries to defend frauds of ACM Public School in lieu of other schools
*Director School Education says that he will not touch ACM Public School Janipur which is completely based on multiple frauds and deceits.

Why Director School Education Jammu wants to continue the ACM Public School Janipur illegally and unconstitutionally, when he knew everything black and white? What kind of influence has worked on the Director School Education Jammu that he has hell bent to violate his own order issued on 19-04-2021 vide his office letter No DSEJ/Pvt/14741-43 in which he ordered to the school management to submit the relevant documents within 15 days otherwise the action warranted under section 16 of J&K School Education shall be initiated which inter-alia includes de-recognition? Why Director School Education Jammu throwing challenge to the LG Manoj Sinha who has issued clear directions to head of departments to clear the mess? Is Director School Education Jammu thinking himself above then the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha or think LG cannot do anything to him? These are the some uncomfortable questions for the education department and for Director too but someone must reply these questions.
The story is that the school has been established on several frauds which are contrary to the law of land but the Director School Education Jammu hardly care for it and he trying to hide those frauds, which have been established by the competent authority like the land which has been once allotted by the JDA has cancelled the allotment in 2010 but he got the permission/recognition in 2014 on producing the false and fabricated documents. The owner of the school has not cheated the JDA but he cheated the entire system, which could not be tolerable by any honest or even little honest officer but I do not know in which category the sitting Director School Education Jammu falls.
There are several frauds manipulated by the owners of ACM Public Schools Janipur but the Director School Education Jammu has one point programme to justify the frauds of ACM Public School Janipur otherwise he should mean by 15 days as he is a responsible officer of Jammu province. He gave the time period of 15 days to the owner of ACM Public School on 19-04-2021 but after the lapse of 88 days the Director School Education Jammu tried to defend the fraudster. The question here arises why Director School Education is trying to defend the multiple frauds of ACM Public School knowingly?
The list of frauds is endless in regard of ACM Public School Janipur but Director School Education Jammu knowingly defending the indefensible. He is defending the frauds of ACM Public School Janipur as he is a spokesman of the ACM Public School Janipur and not a Director School Education Jammu.
