Why Dhaka University is playing with the future of students of MBBS final year? What is the hidden motive of Dhaka University in delaying the MBBS Final exam? Why the Dhaka University is taking the future of doctors so casual that the authorities are remained callous? What the Dhaka University authorities will get in delaying the final exam of MBBS? These are the question which should be considered by the authorities of Dhaka Universities and Indian Foreign Ministry. The students in general of India and in particular of Jammu & Kashmir moreover the students of Jammu are being subjected to be harassed for unnecessary delay in the final exam.
The issue is very serious in nature and the Government of India must take up this issue with the Government of Bangladesh so that our MBBS students who are languishing in Bangladesh since December 2020 till date. The scheduled date of final exam was due in December 2020 but the dilly delaying policy of Chaka University has put the life of Indian MBBS students in miserable condition and the students of Jammu are also in the same trap. It is also responsibility of Lt Governor to take the issue with Government of India so that Government of India can discuss the issue with Government of Bangladesh for its logical end.
The students who are trapped by dilly delaying policy of Dhaka University are like trapped in darkness and they are forced to live in Dhaka unnecessarily. It has been 9 months of their wait since from last year, just waiting for final year professional exams MBBS. The students got datasheet five times and all the proposed exam got cancelled five times, with a different reason. How is it possible to study every time for an exam and then 3 days before the scheduled dates you are told the exam got cancelled? This time the reason given is covid cases are rising in Dhaka and there is a lockdown. But in same country other two universities Rajshahi and Shahjalal University could arrange their final year exam of MBBS that too in lockdown, why can’t Dhaka University do that?
If other countries like China, Kazakhstan and India could arrange to conduct final year of MBBS, then what stops the Dhaka University to conduct exam?
The students from India in general and particular fro Jammu can’t live there and wait anymore. It’s very difficult for them as being foreigners to be here anymore in our hostels, They have no hope now and can’t wait any longer. The authority of Dhaka University must come with a clear vision about the conduction of final exam of MBBS otherwise it is like suicidal for the students who are forced to live there.
Students are really getting frustrated and can take extreme steps of suicide, as they don’t know any moment anyone from our batch can commit suicide because this uncertainty is killing them. Every time they are being told that final exam will be conducted after ending lockdown. The repeated cancelling of datesheet is making them crazy and they can’t take it anymore such fizzled excuses. They have already lost their MCI exam of this year .we have been sitting idle from last year. They have urged the Indian authority to talk to Bangladesh government and ask them that the students from India are in deep pain.
