*He has misused his official and entered fake mutation under 3A of Agrarian Act of DPs of PoK 1947 without approval of Custodian and PRO.
*He has issued fake farad of Jaad when he was posted in Bhalwal and looted crorres of rupees from public.
*Now he is laying hands in Sidhra Niabt but DC Jammu is silently watching him. *It is supposed that ACB will suddenly hold is neck and put him behind the bars.
*His Bank accounts and mobile must be investigated to discover his roots and money laundering system or may be he may connected with Hawala.

How a Patwari can heap a huge property moveable and immoveable besides money in a span of 8 years if his service period? How a Patwari can live a life of King size, whose service is only eight years? How a Patwari belonging to a middle class family, who was once lurching for a job that too of Patwari? How Patwari can be so confident that no one will ask him about his corrupt practices? How a Patwari can go such bizarre that he hardly care for law of land and the state administrator Lt Governor? These are the uncomfortable questions for the Revenue department which is boosting and saying that zero tolerance of corruption and also these questions are the concerned Patwari who knows it well but playing with law of land and openly challenging Lt Governor that Lt Governor is very small before his cheatings.
Often we see that in the officers of Deputy Commissioners a board has been fixed on the walls where people can easily see and in the Board it is imprinted “Zero Tolerance to corruption” and a number has been also mentioned to inform the authorities but actually it is all bogus when a Patwari having very weak background is now living a life of Samrat but the revenue department has closed its eyes towards its Patwari and itself the Revenue department sending a message that board fixed in the office of Reveune officers is useless and no one should follow it. The Patwari has broken all the records of corruption and in eight years he become millionaire but I fail to understand hi family members too not guiding him not to make an open loot as it is crime but also a big sin. I have seen many parents who have guided their children not to do wrong things and the children have obeyed them but in the case of this Patwari his family is too a organized corrupt, which do not stop the patwari.
He has wrongly entered mutation (intkal) under the 3A on custodian land without any approval or order of the Custodian and Provincial Rehabilitation Officer, which is mandatory for entering the mutation. He has issued the farad of Jaad and Khud in tehsil Bhalwal when he was posted in that area. Now he is laying hands in Niabt Sidhsra and looting the people.
