DSEJ has to initiate action against ACM School as instead of 15 days 64 passed
*Director School Education Jammu must respect his order otherwise no one will respect his orders and it is time for him to act.
*The JDA has cancelled the allotment of land on which the school building stands and it is big fraud on the part of school management.
*Mr Lt Governor, please check such fraudulent schools damaging the future of children as school education department is inactive.

The ACM Public School Janipur has its own story to tell because this school has been started on the base of fraud, deceitful, fake documents, misleading statements and frauds. The education institutions are being considered as more sacred then any religious house but the organizer of this school has defamed the education institutes in the society.
The matter of existence of school is much discussed and the Director School Education Jammu has instituted an enquiry to ascertain the facts but the enquiry revealed that school management and authorities could not produce the relevant and essential formalities/documents despite various communications. The Chief Education Officer Jammu vide his letter No CEO/J/Pvt/35612-14 dated 02-03-2021 has submitted the findings, further said that the school building is constructed on a piece of land whose allotment has been reportedly cancelled by the JDA. Now there is no an iota of scope to keep the school continue or functional.
The Director School Education Jammu vide its letter No DSEJ/Pvt/14741-43 dated 19-04-2021 also mentioned and asked the school authority and management that it would be last opportunity for the school management to provide the statement alongwith the relevant documents required for running school within a period of 15 days failing which the action as warranted under section 06 of J&K School Education shall be initiated which inter-alia inc;udes de-reorganization.
Now instead of 15 days 64 days have passed but the action from the office Director School Education is being delayed on the part of Director himself the reason better know to him. The Director should immediate come forward to take action as he mentioned in his own letter. He must respect his own orders otherwise who will respect his orders. The time has come to immediate close the school and a team should be constituted to shift the students from this black-listed school to another school to save the future of the students.
Let me tell you, what is happened with it, The Jammu Development Authority has allotted a piece of land to him but latter it has been cancelled on the grounds that the documents produced were not genuine.
