*Jammu Central jail is the den of muck and it should be cleaned up by handing over the investigation to CBI.
*Who is scab in the staff of Jammu Central jail who leaked the information regarding referral of one inmate to GMC Hospital Jammu?
Jammu, May 26:
It happens in Jammu only, that a under trail is being referred to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for treatment from the Jammu Central jail, but it was matter of much surprise that his friends and relatives have already reached in the premises of said hospital to receive him, which is great lapses on the part of concerned Jail authorities and also raises serious questions on the security and secrecy of Jammu Central Jail, that too under the regime of Lt Governor Manoj Sinha.
One under trail namely Hardayal Sharma son of Jagdish Raj resident of Samba today was referred to GMC Hospital Jammu by the concerned doctors for specialized treatment and this should be kept secret in all angles but it was much surprised to hear that some persons from reached GMC Hospital Jammu prior to him (Under trail). This has posed serious threat on the secrecy of the Jammu Central Jail as who is the Jail officials breached the secrecy of the jail department.
It is pertinent to mention that in the case of Nagar firing case and Royal Singh case on driver of Senior Superintendent of Jail was arrested for providing phones and other banned things to inmates but other officials supposed to be exposed got an escape.
It is not a simple issue to be underestimated or ignore but it should be enquired in depth to locate the traitor who has breached the secrecy and security of the jail department. The matter is of very serious nature and should be investigated properly.
Now it is the utmost responsibility of Director General of Prison Department, Jammu & Kashmir Dr B Srinivas IPS to come in action and crack on those who are employees and officers of Jail department but working for the criminals. The breach of secrecy amounts much for the Jail authorities and who is scab in the staff posted in Jammu Central jail.
If such things will go on during the Presidential Rule then what will common man expect from the President of India and Lt Governor of Jammu & Kashmir. Such anti-law activities erode the faith of the people from the Lt Governor and the entire set-up.
