Jammu, Mar 21: Delhi Public School, Nagbani, celebrated its Graduation Day Ceremony– ‘Beyond the Horizon’, here today by marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of its young learners. The event commenced with the Lighting of the Lamp, a symbolic gesture of wisdom and knowledge, led by the Chief Guest of the day, Ms. Vandana Kumari, Sarpanch of Marh Block, Principal R K Verma and other esteemed dignitaries. This was followed by a confident and cheerful march by the Prep students, accompanied by their teachers. The Wing Coordinator Ms. Jyoti Sharma welcomed the gathering, setting an inspiring tone for the celebration. A heartfelt Graduation Song by the Prep students further uplifted the atmosphere.
The highlight of the event was the felicitation ceremony for Preparatory class, where the young graduates were honored for their achievements, marking a proud transition to the next stage of their academic journey. The celebration was enriched with a captivating dance performance by Class-1 students and a high-energy Grand Finale by Class-2 showcasing their enthusiasm and talent. Additionally, a Yoga and Aerobics performance emphasized the school’s dedication to holistic development and well-being.
In her Vote of Thanks, Headmistress, Ms Bhawna Madaan expressed heartfelt gratitude to the students, teachers, and parents for their unwavering support and dedication.
