SHO Hilal Azhar on action mode!

Jammu, Jul 24: The police of Jammu district have made up the mind to minimize the bovine smuggling in Jammu and the SHO Akhnoor has taken this as a challenge and started to work on this. Despite he has very vast area under his jurisdiction as SHO Akhnoor, he is very tough on the bovine smugglers and so it is impossible for bovine smugglers to escape from him.
In a drive against illegal bovine smuggling, a team of Akhnoor Police led by SHO P/s Akhnoor Inspector Hilal Azhar arrested five persons namely Mohd Hafeez S/o Nazir Hussain R/o Kha Jamota Rajouri; Jagbir Singh S/o Mohinder Singh R/o Kot Ranka Rajouri; Barman Singh S/o Santokh Singh R/o Poonch; Kuldeep Singh S/o Thakur Singh R/o Kagimorha Poonch; and Deedar Singh S/o Jai Singh R/o Degwar Maldaiana Poonch who were found transporting bovines illegally and rescued 11 bovine animals accordingly.
Three vehicles bearing registration No JK02AG-7466, JK11F-5800 and JK21C-0439 were seized and formal cases under relevant sections of law were registered. The arrests and seizures were made under supervision of SDPO Akhnoor Varun Jandial and guidance of SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
