TARMAT construction agency uses sub standard material, openly challenges PM authority
*The four lining National Highway 144A (connecting Jammu-Akhnoor) has started damaging even it has still to be completed then commissioned.
*TARMAT construction agency is openly breaching the Prime Minister’s trust and also throwing challenge to authority that no one can stop it for using sub=standard material.
*Now the stern action should be taken against the TARMAT construction agency and be cancelled its agreement as it has already missed several deadlines.

Why the construction agency Tarmat is not respecting the Prime Minister who laid the foundation stone of this National Highway 144A? Who will check the substandard material being used in construction of the National Highway 144A? Why the construction agency Tarmat is using so low rated material against highly paid construction national Highway 144A? Why the construction of national repute Tarmat has been adopting such cheap tactics to fleece the money? These are the some uncomfortable for the Tarmat construction agency and for the J&K administration as people are looking for answer.
It is astounding but it true that a construction company of national fame and posing to be one of the best construction company namely Tarmat has been using the substandard material in construction resulting in the damaging of the road much before the inauguration. The construction agency Tarmat must honor its commitment towards country but instead of doing this the company is cheating the country. On several places it has been damaged in past but at present at Dhoomi Chowk and 26040 culvert No 11.
It is pertinent to mention that on February 3, 2019 the Prime Minister Mr Narinder Modi has laid the foundations stone of this four-laning National Highway 144A and he himself trusted the construction company Tarmat but the company has not only betrayed the Prime Minister trust but openly challenged the Prime Minister authority that they can do whatever they want to do and no authority can check them. The estimated cost of this project was Rs 917-crore and declared as National Highway-144A.
The project is being executed by National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
I wanted to have an official version Authority Engineer of the Area Mr Aakash on his mobile but just he listened my queries, he immediately asked me to come on site and disconnected the phone. He remained elusive to my questions as he knew that he has no answer for this misdeeds and using of sub standard material. I will come up with more stories and information in coming days about the construction company which is cheating the Prime Minister and challenging the President’s rule in Jammu & Kashmir.
