Tehsildar Khour lies about farad & execution of registry caught on camera
*On April 12, the Tehsildar Khour completely denied on camera about issuance of farad & execution of registry but on April 24, just after 12 days, he accepted on camera that the wrong farad has been issued and wrong registry has been executed. He himself signed on this illegal and wrong farad on 13-03-2021 but refused on 12-04-2021, it is height of misdeeds and wrong practices.
*The ADC Jammu vide his letter No ADDCJ/2021-22/32-35 dated 15-04-2021 has asked the SDM Khour to enquire the issue within 5 days and submit the report and I think that SADM Khour has honoured the orders of his seniors.
*The ADC Ghan Shayam Singh told that he was busy in Covid-19 exercise but he has a little knowledge about it and he will check it today (27-04-2021) and ensure justice in this case.

‘No one can hide the truth for a long time’- This has been occurred in the case of Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar, who tried to mislead the public over the issue of 4 marals land but he caught in his own trap and at last he agreed that he had signed on the wrong farad and the registry has been executed on the basis of wrong & illegal farad, which is needed to be cancelled immediately.
The issue of 4 marlas land of Khour is hardly to die as the people of Khour are very anxious and worried over this sensitive issue because they have lost the trust on the Tehsildar and other officials. The local populace allegedly believed that the Tehsildar patronage all this scandal for his personal benefit but the timely intervention of ‘Jammu Jottings’ news paper has awakened the people and saved the land from the clutches of Tehsildar and others.
No doubt, the officers appointed by the concerned department are treated as to be trustee of the department but here in the case of Tehsildar Khour has allegedly turned a foe for his department. He tried to deceive his own department by countersigning the wrong farad and patronizing other wrong things. The sequence of the event in this scandal that in the month of August 2020, the Tehsildar dismantle the building without consulting the other relevant department including Khour Municipal even he has not called the meeting of local people to take this extreme decision.
The land was belongs to a person who gave to the Agriculture Society for the welfare of local people and the then society members had built a building on it. The building can be repaired and used for the public purpose but Tehsidlar Khour has own hidden plan for this land. The sources said that Patwari who was discharging his duties at the time of dismantling the building had refused to issue the farad of the land but the management has snatched charge from him and handed over to one Suresh Sharma who agreed to issue the illegal and wrong farad as per the desire of the Tehsidlar. In the month of March 2021 the new Patwari issued the farad and same has been countersigned by Tehsildar Khour on March 13, 2021 and in the same month the registry has been executed by the SDM Khour.
On April 12, the Tehsildar Khour denied on camera about the reports of issuing farad and execution of registry of the land in question and said that it is untrue. But there is old saying that ‘Lie has no legs to stand for long’ and this has worked in the case of tehsildar Khour.
Just after 12 days, when he denied about the issuance of farad and execution of registry, he himself spoke on the camera that the issuance of farad was a wrong practice but he again playing game to save himself and he threw all blames on the Patwari who issued the farad but who countersigned the farad cannot escape from this mischievous. Countersigning means that you are taking all responsibilities of the said documents that everything is right and the authority countersigning the documents is completely responsible. The concerned Naib Tehsildar and Girdawar are more responsible of this crime then the Patwari and they cannot be absolved for this crime.
Mr Tehslidar, you must remember that ‘Lie has no legs to stand’ and you lied the public openly, you must make an apology in open from the public and take every blame on your head so it will make you a person of credibility otherwise your inner conscious will curse you forever and people will also curse you throughout your life.
The SDM Khour said that the matter is under investigation as the issue has been investigated by ADC Jammu and Anti Corruption Bureau Jammu but he showed his inability to cancel the registry, which has been executed on wrong and fake documents.
The ADC Jammu Ghan Shayam Singh KAS said that he remained busy in Covid-19 issues and got no time for this issue as the saving of lives of people is on top priority of the district administration and everyone is busy in this. He further said that he has a little knowledge about it and he would take action if anybody found wrong.
The ADC Jammu vide his letter No ADDCJ/2021-22/32-35 dated 15-04-2021 has asked the SDM Khour to enquire the issue of dismantling of the building of cooperative society within five days but it seems that SDM has honoured the order of his seniors and have submitted his report within stipulated time. If he had not submitted the report within five days then it is understood that in revenue department no one respects his seniors and no one expect right thing from this department.
