Ü In Akhnoor anything wrong thing related to land can happen, which cannot              happen anywhere in India.
Ü Khasra no 357 at Village Gurha Brahmana actually comprising of 3 Kanal Abbal Bral and 9 Kanal Gair Mumkin Khad but maximum land has been encroached by one Master Ji with the support of Revenue Officers, who is expert in land                grabbing rather than teaching.
Ü There is no any provision of converting Gair Mumkin Khad into 4/8 but it is Akhnoor and it has been done!
Ü There is a Patwari posted at Sungal Akhnoor is asking money for any job including Intqal/ virasat Intqal, issuance of copy of mutation and other. He does not work without any money.

Why Roshan lal Bral is so actively grabbing the land? Who is behind the Roshan Lal Bral to extend support to him? Why Revenue Officers are not registering complaint against Roshan Lal Bral for creating chaos in the Sub Division Akhnoor over land encroaching? Why Roshan Lal Bral is behind the bar for creating chaos in Akhnoor? These are the several uncomfortable questions irritating in the mind of people and the revenue officers must answer it. DC Jammu should get aware about the land scam in Akhnnor so that he may put the things on right place.
In Akhnoor there is a Name Roshan Lal Bral who is more powerful then Revenue Officers of Akhnoor Sub Division as he is doing what he wanted to do. He is such a powerful that all Revenue Officers including SDM Akhnoor are very small in front him and he is ruling roost.
On March 27, Roshan Lal Bral has tried to grab the land but some people openly complaint and reported the matter at high level then the revenue officers of Sub Division Akhnoor came in action and foiled the bid of encroachment, besides seized some items meant for encroachment and a sharp edge weapon. Roshan Lal Bral is so clever that on Martch 27, he was not on the spot but he was controlling the land encroachment spree through a remote controller.
The intriguing part of the story is that Khasra No 344 has 219 kanal of Gair Mumkin Khad and 99 has 58 kanal 16 marlas but there is no any sort of connection with both the khasra no but he is hell bent to encroach the lands. I would like to explain that if anybody is having land near such Khud and then the same person has the right over the Khud but the Roshan Lal Bral is living in other village and he has no land near this khad.
On 22-01-2021, the prominent persons of the locality including a Panch have reported the matter to Crime Branch of Jammu for proper investigation and then to restore the land in original position and the matter is under investigation and it is hoped that Roshan Lal Bral will be booked under law. One complaint against Roshan Lal Bral and some revenue officers also lying with Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu Satish Sharma KAS and he assured that stern action would be taken against the wrong doers.
Today Roshan Lal Bral adopted another trick to grab the land and he started farming on the Gair Mumkin Khad land, which is not meant for agriculture. The revenue officers today completely surrendered before Roshan Lal Bral and he is doing whatever he wants to do. No one can stop Roshan Lal Bral from encroaching the land as he has supressed the Revenue Officers of Sub Division Akhnoor including SDM Akhnoor.
