A Rajasthani is grabbing 300 kanals Gair Mumkin Khad but revenue Department is clueless
*Who is this Rajasthani land grabber and why is he mocking at the prevailing administration of J&K UT that too under the Lt Governor administration?
*Why the people sitting in higher offices are unconcerned and unmoved over this big land scam?
*ADC Jammu Satish Sharma said that he would initiate inquiry in this land issue but he not divulged the time period and action taken against them.
*Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar told the Patwari & Girdwar would be deputed tomorrow on the spot to take stock on first hand and then they will lodge an FIR with police but how long they will take.

The scam is of near about 300 kanal land of Gair Mumkin Khad in Gurha Brahmana & Lower Thatter and it is the biggest land scam in the history of Jammu & Kashmir since its inception. Who is behind the such a huge land scam? Who is responsible for allowing this scam to be happened? Why the Revenue Department has not acted timely? Where the Revenue Department has missed the chance for nailing in this big land scam? Why the higher authorities including Deputy Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Financial Commissioner Revenue and Chief Secretary are so callous over this big land scam? Why these higher authorities are clueless about the ground reality? Who will be held accountable in this biggest land scam? It seems that officers who are drawing salary in lacs per month having very least concern about the department and they have to introspect about their efficiency. Do they have the moral right to continue in their offices? I will leave on them.
Land scams in Jammu & Kashmir are not new but the scam of near about 300 kanal Gair Mumkin Khad land is first kind of itself and leaving all the land scams behind it. The High Court has reiterated that no one can sale, change the qism, construct anything or use it permanently because it is the natural drainage system of the flood but a Rajasthani land-grabber has taken all the laws of land in his hands and he is cocking a snook at the Jammu & Kashmir government in general and revenue Department in particular.
A Rajasthani land grabber is so powerful that he hardly cares the Presidential rule in Jammu & Kashmir that too administered by the Lt Governor person like Manoj Sinha. He is no fear of Prime Minister Narender Modi’s cautionary advice against the corruption in the Jammu & Kashmir which has been converted into a Union Territory to uproot the corruption under the surveillance of Government of India led by Mr Narender Modi.
Whereas, the Additional deputy Commissioner, Jammu Satish Sharma has told that he would initiate an enquiry in this concern but he missed that he would hold the ongoing work on the Gair Mumkin Khad land in question. The Tehsildar said that an enquiry would be initiated and the action will be taken those who are responsible for creating the mess.
Concerned Naib Tehsildar Mr Sajjad said that he would depute the Patwari and Girdwar to get the information about this and then he would take appropriate action and also lodge a complaint with Jammu & Kashmir Police to take on the land grabbers who are mocking with law of land.
