Will VC JDA come in action?

Ineligible Surveyors in JDA are dangerous for Jammu, fire them out
•             I think Mr LG Manoj Sinha is monitoring the iniquitous and erroneous acts in JDA but minutely watching how the concerned authorities are taking the issue.
•             No doubt the sitting Vice Chairperson Jammu Development Authority is a honest but she has to proactive to make reform in erroneous JDA.
•             Let we see that when the action will make its appearance in JDA and when she will act.

Who will put the Jammu Development Authority on right track? Who will take cognizance of wrong precedence in Jammu Development Authority? Who will nail-in the wrong precedence going on in Jammu Development Authority? Who is responsible for all mess in Jammu Development Authority? Who will bell the cat? Why Vice Chairperson is silent over the wrong precedence which is going in Jammu Development Authority? Why everyone is silent over this wrong procedure being adopted by the Jammu Development Authority? Who will throw out these ineligible Surveyors from the Jammu Development Authority? Why not these ineligible Surveyors are demoted to lower level and all the salaries and arrears they have drawn is recovered from them? Why not these ineligible Surveyors are held responsible for the mess engulfed the Jammu Development Authority? Why not eligible persons with suitable and required qualification being appointed as Surveyors? These are the questions which are irritating in the minds of commoner and also valid questions should be answered by authorities and authorities must muster the courage to answer these questions. Though these are very tough and uncomfortable questions for the concerned authorities yet these are the reasonable and rational questions and reply must go to public domain.
The purpose of any institution can be achieved by its employees and that too with eligible employees but in Jammu Development Authority the ineligible employees are running the show and taking the Jammu Development Authority on ruinous path. For beautifying the specific areas and making the best use of the area depends on the Surveyors but in Jammu Development Authority the working Surveyors are totally ineligible and need to be fired out, if someone wants to save the Jammu Development Authority.
The Surveyors should be degree holders or diploma holders in their field but the sitting Surveyors in Jammu Development Authority are totally ineligible and one can say they are zero in this aspect. The sources told that they have managed by pressing every illegal process to be appointed as Surveyors and to damage the institute besides to ruin Jammu. The unexpected coming of floods and other disastrous things are the outcome of the wrong performances done by ineligible persons including Jammu Development Authority Surveyors.
Though the sitting Vice Chairperson of Jammu Development Authority is very honest person but she has to come in action and plug all the loopholes of her institution. The intention to setup Jammu Development Authority was very good but later on it has taken ugly shape and ineligible persons have managed to capture the posts by pursuing any illegal and corrupt means which resulting in a muddle, confusion and disaster. It is right for Vice Chairperson of Jammu Development Authority to become active and push reforms in the system, though I know it is very hard for her yet it is the need of the hour and she can do.
