*ACB has booked the most corrupt patwari Javed Ahmed and he is one of the corrupt coterie and rest three Patwaris and one Naib Tehsildar are also on same grid and when ACB will book them.
*Jammu Jottings has openly exposed the two Patwaris and one Naib Tehsildar by name in advance to provide a lead to ACB to book them as they are too big corrupt officials and they have amassed huge property including crushers and hotels.
*May be the ACB has adopted the policy of wait and watch, and then to act as it has acted on Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family.

Patwari Javed Ahmed is one of the coterie of four corrupt Patwaris in Jammu, about those the Jammu Jottings has started a crusade against the neck-deep corruption in Revenue department, whereas the administration has kept sleeping but our teamwork has yielded the concrete results so it has been substantiated the stand of Jammu Jottings in concern of neck-deep corruption in revenue department.

Patwari Javed Ahmed is super corrupt Patwari who on some occasion has led the corrupt coterie and remained masterminded in dodging the law of land and amassed huge wealth in the shape of land and other immoveable properties.

The other three Patwaries included one is at presently posted at Akhnoor, other at Niabat Sidhra and rest third one is posted at tehsil Bhalwal and one more person of the coterie is Naib Tehsildar who is posted at Digiana Niabat.

ACB registers FIR in disproportionate assets case against Javed Ahmed, Patwari posted at Kote Jammu and others: More than 200 kanal prime land worth crores detected: Searches conducted.

Based upon the results of a Preliminary Enquiry conducted by the Anti Corruption Bureau on the allegations that one Javed Ahmed (Patwari) S/O Bashir Ahmed R/o Village Kanger Tehsil Bhalwal District Jammu posted as Patwari in Revenue Department at Kote has amassed huge immovable properties worth Crore of rupees in his own name and in the names of his family members which were highly disproportionate to his known sources of income, an FIR No. 02/2021 (PS ACB Central) was registered on 11.01.2021 u/s 5(1) (e) r/w section 5(2) PC Act and Sections 109, 120-B/RPC against accused persons namely Javed Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed, Ghulam Fatima, Nazia Kouser and others.

The Preliminary Enquiry has revealed that the accused Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members had accumulated immovable assets which included land more than 200 kanals at village Kanger Tehsil Bhalwal, Jammu. In order to avoid scrutiny before the eyes of law the assets were disguised in the names of the accused’s father, mother and wife.

After registration of the FIR against Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members for abetting the public servant in creation of this much amount of immoveable assets warrants were obtained and searches were conducted at their residential house and incriminating documents and articles have been recovered which are under scrutiny. The Bank accounts of the accused and his family members are also being scrutinized for further flow of amounts in them and also for presence of lockers maintained by the accused Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members.
Further, investigation of the case is in progress.
