Beware of Bunty-Babli as they can sell entire Akhnnor
*Both Bunty (Naib Tehsildar) and Babli (Master ji) are having many skeletons of land misconduct and transgression in their cupboard but it has to be checked that surely there is man who will check and he is Divisional Commissioner Jammu Sanjeev Verma.
*Here Bunty is Naib Tehsildar who is mastermind in every corrupt practice and he can do what law of land cannot do. He changed the every kind of qism of land and created a lawlessness and havoc in Akhnoor.
*Babli is Master Ji, who take all the mischievous plans of corrupt revenue officials to the public and instrumental in deceiving and duping innocent people, let he come forward and surrender to law.
*I forgot to mention that Bunty-Bubli is a movie depicting that two youths are big fraud and doing everything to cheat the innocent people but in Akhnoor they are doing same.

Jammu: To be honest he is a Devil’s Advocate. Once this Master Jee looked down at the dark locks that had been attached to his head moments before he joined in as a Physical Education Teacher in Akhnoor he began his nonsensical voyage. At that time he was small fry, when he ran his hand through the stubble that stretched over his scalp, thicker than a freshly harvested field. It was coarse to the touch, all trace of softness gone. He smiled. This was the new him. He could be soft on the inside all he wanted, but his outside had to be tough and composed. It was about time nice guys were to be finished first and thus started another story of corruption in the education circle (physical of course) and this Master Jee became a specialist at that. Why is Saleem ur Rehman Director General Youth Services & Sports not checking into this man on the following issues:
*He perhaps knows nothing about the services he has to provide to the young men. But he knows that by being in Akhnoor he can earn the max.
*This is what he has been doing but not exactly as per the rules and regulations laid down by the Department.
*If the culture for the Youth and sports has to be promoted in Akhnoor then he is not the right man since he is absolutely wrong.
*He is a promoter of Committees who give take an amount of money every evening so that money gets accumulated at the end of the month and obviously he takes the bigger share when money is to be disbursed. This is not part of the activity list in the Department he belongs to.
*He is a property dealer but on the lands that belong to the state. Agreed that teachers take tuitions but they have to be specialized but he is tutoring the Revenue Department officials in Akhnoor.
*He has a school but that is a private entrepreneurship. How come he has made it? Is it ancestral is not known. Had it been then for sure he would not have opted for a Government job!
*But he did and from his salary he cannot maintain it (the school). This leads a conclusive formulation of the fact that he has got himself in some unscrupulous dichotomies and dissections!
*He has an extravagant life style. Massive home and big time four wheel rides cannot come from a salary of a Master so what are the means?
*So what are the means by the way?
*Jammu Jottings sources are dead straight, he is basically a land encroacher since he is directly associated with Tehsil Akhnoor officials.
* Our source also says that a Niab Tehsildar from Tehsil Akhnoor is his closest bum chum!
* So the whole thing is clear this man is involved in state land encroachments. Then what is this man doing in Youth Services and Sports Department and getting his salary?
* Definitely deserves a kick on his back side for sure?
Does this Master Jee know that the Department of Youth Services & Sports came into being in the year of 1973. The Department has over a period of time brought under its cover a wide spectrum of activities like organizing Domestic & National level competitions in various games and sports for school children, conducting Physical Education activities like Mass Physical Display in various schools, promoting adventure sports, promoting talented school children in extra curricular activities like dance & drama, organizing Youth and Cultural Festivals across the State and outside, promoting Scouts & Guides activities besides providing opportunities to school children for participation and excellence in various sports activities. The Department caters to the personality development aspect of school children through Physical Education Teachers and Masters lecturers posted in different schools which are being supervised by District Officers at District Level ,Deputy Directors at provisional levels and recently created zonal officers at zonal level, besides encouraging the youth in various social activities at the State and National level. The Department also administratively controls the functioning of the only Government College of Physical Education at Ganderbal, Kashmir which is affiliated to Kashmir University and runs graduation/post graduation course in Physical Education.
He definitely does not know this. And how should he know this when he is drenched in corruption head deep. He fits into my best ten bad qualities that a Master should not have and they are: He does not communicate well. He makes others feel dumb. He is disorganized. He is disconnected with his students. He is lazy (he comes in the morning, marks his attendance and then disappears only to come in the evening to make his presence felt). He is arrogant. He is always critical about the educational system (has to be since he himself knows nothing). He does not know what he is talking about (because his senses are devoted to only manufacturing money). Lastly he is a misfit.
Therefore Salim-ur-Rehman the Director General Youth Services and Sports Department has act on him since he is the last barricade with whom this Master Jee has not bumped into! The story is still on in any case and tomorrow comes in yet another episode of the same!
