International Border Reservation Certificate is cause of concern! 15 years is a long time!

There was thin line information with me and that was, Pardeep Singh Tehsildar of Vijaypur assures that every youth who fulfills the criterion will be provided IB (International Border) Reservation Certificate. The man is a positive but obviously the negative personality too has to be on board and thus comes into this documentary melee and therefore Naib Tehsildar Bagh Ali an arrogant manner drives the young men to a corner.
The man denies or sometimes asks for some irrelevant documents for the same. Youth when they/or they apply for entering their names in voter lists and other documents to be issued from Tehsil office are given dates to come in the next. Why the same is happening is not known. But what is Bagh Ali the Niab Tehsildar is trying to craft out? But the Tehsildar is still the top man. Why is he not overruling the whole affair! He can? By the way there is a SDM also!
It was the last day of 2020, 31st December 2020 and I decided to spend the young men on the borders in Samba and Vijaypur. The young men wanted to enjoy the eve since the New Year was just a few hours away but there was a brood and sulk sort of a syndrome on their faces. I did not know the same till 2100 Hrs. and when I came to know half a hour later and one of them told me this, ‘I’m a man who had lost the traces of boyhood. Amy took in his appearance in the refection of the coffee shop glass. From me seat it would appear if I was staring out of the window. The clean shaven square jaw and tuned into his voice was what I wanted to become. It was as deep as any man. I smiled with ease and made fluid arm movements to exaggerate my buoyant speech but to no one. I couldn’t be much over twenty in those times. But now 15 years later we who have stayed here are still trying to find reservation certificates? What wrong have we done?’ I never knew as to what had happened but on the first day of 2021 I came to know this:
* Youth of Samba District in Vijaypur Tehsil are a suffering lot for the International Border Reservation Certificate.
*As per the information available with Jammu Jottings, dozens of youth are visiting Tehsil complex Vijaypur from last one week and this could be a prolonged affair.
*The Youth are facing a modus operandi called as delay tactics on name of voter lists of 15 years back. How come voter lists have come into this ridiculous affair?
*Whoever is the MLA or MP has better answers since both in any case are not staying on borders when Pakistani bomb and bullets let loose hell.
*He asks for many other formalities which are to be provided by the Tehsil authorities but youth are given big time lines for the same. Obviously corrupt methodology. It is time period to extract money from the poor.
Incidentally, the Border Battalion Police recruitment is going on and youth needs IB Reservation Certificate on urgent basis but this arrogant Naib Tehsildar Bagh Ali is delaying it for unknown reasons. Is the Niab Tehsildar out of his mind or is he corrupt? He cannot ask money but if he asks trust Jammu Jottings he is up the Jack Screw. Why is this garden man (Bagh means the same) spoiling the careers of the youth? He should be helpful if he isn’t inclined to do so then he is staring at a hollow cylinder which only sends back the echo that he is corrupt! The youth who talked with me that evening were Rahul Sharma, Sourav Sharma, Varun Sharma, Rajat Sharma, Vishal Sharma and Anshu Sharma! All said and done Bagh Ali can do a better job for a purpose! Long dates also mean prolonged reasons! And of them ends with money barter! Just taking off on this story by the way!
