Rajouri, October 25: Out of 903 reports received on Monday, one person was found Covid positive in Rajouri district.
Enforcement Teams (ETs) also fined scores of violators of Covid-19 SOPs on Monday & have recovered a fine of Rs 54,697 taking the total amount fined since April 1 to Rs 58,14,884.
The Enforcement officers urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest Covid Vaccination Center.
At present, there are 6 active cases in the district and two patients were recovered today.
One Covid patient is under treatment each in GMC Rajouri & in the Army/BSF hospital, two are under treatment in SKIMS at Srinagar and two are in home isolation.
On Friday, as many as 1411 people above 18 years of age were administered first (180) and second (1231) Covid vaccine doses across the district.
During the first & second waves 5,91,178 tests, including RAT (4,43,837) and RT-PCR (1,46,144), have been conducted in the district till Monday, out of which 11269 were tested positive out of which 11026 have recovered while 237 died.
As per the District media bulletin during the second wave of Covid-19, 4,19,252 people were tested for Covid-virus infection out of which 7396 were tested active and among them, 182 have died.
