IIM Jammu Concludes 12th Batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program with Grand Valedictory Ceremony

Jammu: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu concluded the 12th batch of its prestigious Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP) with a formal valedictory ceremony held at the Vedanta MDP Centre on 10th Oct 2025. The five-day program, conducted from 06th Oct 2025 to10th Oct 2025, is aimed at equipping emerging leaders with the skills, perspectives, and strategic insights necessary to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. Organized under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, Ministry of Education, Government of India, this initiative reflects IIM Jammu’s commitment to academic excellence and leadership development. Participants shared that the program was an excellent initiative in faculty leadership training, providing valuable insights that broadened their perspectives across multiple dimensions. They appreciated the engaging sessions, well-researched lectures, and interactive pedagogy that encouraged unlearning and relearning. The participants commended the communication, coordination, and hospitality of IIM Jammu, noting that the program was thoughtfully designed to blend leadership, empathy, and innovation. They expressed gratitude to IIM Jammu for creating an enriching learning environment that was both intellectually stimulating and enjoyable.The event also included a certificate distribution ceremony, which acknowledged the participants’ successful completion of the program.
