Jourian, July 29: A significant milestone was achieved today as the newly constructed building of Kendriya Vidyalaya Jourian was inaugurated, marking a new chapter in the region’s educational development. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the Hon’ble MLA of Akhnoor, Mr. Mohan Lal Bhagat, who dedicated the new campus to the students of Jourian.
As part of the national celebrations marking the 5th anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji virtually launched a new education system during the All India Education Conclave held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The event was streamed live during the local ceremony.
In his address, the chief guest Mr. Mohan Lal Bhagat expressed his pride in the growing educational infrastructure and generously donated five computers and one digital interactive board to the school, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in today’s world.
