Jammu, 7 July: As part of the 3-Day Dogri Rangutsav, organised by Samooh Theatre and supported by Senior Citizens Support Club, Jammu, the theatre group Aazaad Parindey Kala Manch staged a powerful Dogri play titled “Galat Vyakaran” at Abhinav Theatre on 7th July.
Written by Kumar A. Bharti and designed & directed by Mohit Singh Chib, the play captivated the audience with its deep emotional storytelling, realism, and cultural relevance.
The story revolves around a middle-class family’s life, touching upon relationships, internal conflicts, and the slowly fading legacy of Duggar’s forgotten heroes – the bravehearts whose statues we pass by daily, but whose stories are unknown to today’s younger generation.
The heart of the play was the moving performance by Janak Khajuria as “Babu Ji”, who stole the show with his emotionally rich portrayal, winning the hearts of the audience and leaving many in tears.
