Major ‘Hindu Religious Parliament’ to convene on Nov 21; Saints and religious leaders from across India to participate

Vrindvana, Nov 14: A significant meeting was held at the holy city of Vrindvana, bringing together key leaders and representatives of various Hindu organizations, including the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas, Dharm Raksha Sangh, and Brajbhumi Kalyan Parishad. The meeting, which was chaired by Pt. Bihari Lal Vashistha, focused on preparations for the much-awaited Dharm Sansad (Religious Parliament) scheduled for November 21, 2024.
Addressing the gathering, prominent Hindu leader Dinesh Sharma emphasized that the upcoming Dharm Sansad will witness participation from top religious leaders across the country, including saints from Akhada Parishad, Jagatgurus, Dwarkacharyas, and spiritual figures of national repute. The religious gathering will be presided over by the esteemed Shankaracharya, and will include discussions on key issues facing the Hindu community.
Key leadership appointments and responsibilities: Pt Shobharam Sharma was appointed as the Chief Coordinator of the Dharm Sansad, with 31 distinguished members entrusted with various responsibilities to ensure the successful organization of the event. Acharya Badresh Maharaj, along with Pt. Shobharam Sharma, addressed the gathering, underscoring the urgent need for unity in defending the Sanatan Vedic Dharma from growing external threats.
Core issues to be discussed at the Dharm Sansad: Among the key issues that will be raised during the Dharm Sansad, Swami Gyan Sagar Maharaj and Acharya Anand Ballabh Goswami highlighted the following crucial topics including: A) Liberation of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi: The movement to reclaim the birthplace of Lord Krishna as a symbol of Hindu heritage and faith. B) Declaration of cow as the National Mother: A call for the formal recognition of the cow as the National Mother of India. C) Abolition of the Waqf Board: A demand for the dismantling of the Waqf Board, which manages properties associated with Islamic religious institutions. D) Protection of Sanatan Dharma Soldiers: The need to ensure security and safety for those actively working to protect and promote Sanatan Dharma.
These issues are expected to form the backbone of the discussions and resolutions during the Dharm Sansad, with a clear aim to amplify the voice of the Hindu community and reinforce their rights to religious and cultural protection.
