Rajouri, July 24: With eleven more fresh cases of Covid-19 reported on Sunday, the tally in the Rajouri district rises to 50 while no patient recovered today.
Among 11 who tested positive, two are Security Forces personnel, and two Health Workers including a doctor.
The cases are slowly swelling in the district. But both the district administration and health department are not worried as any of the officials of Enforcement Teams were not seen in the crowded markets to urge/educate the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance
After symptoms, the people on their own coming for sampling at health centers.
Despite repeated contact, Chief Medical Officer avoided providing the details about the sample collected. people vaccinated, positive cases detected etc.
However, according to the daily J&K UT Media Bulletin, no person/children was administrated Covid vaccine on Sunday in the Rajouri district.
Till Sunday, 12888 positive cases were detected in the district out of which 12589 have recovered, 249 died and 50 are still active.
