*Someone informed the Naib Tehsildar and he in turn deputed the Patwari to stop the illegal construction.
*Why the concerned revenue officers are in deep slumber that anyone can construct illegally in their area and they will not act till someone complain them.
*DC Jammu has categorically directed the revenue officers to stop the illegal construction in and around the Jammu.
Jammu, Aug 25:
The illegal construction of a shop on the Gair Mumkin Jaad under Khasra No 1922 in the village Burn is going on openly and there is no one to stop it despite Deputy Commissioner Jammu’s clear cut directions that no one will be allowed to carry on illegal construction in and around the Jammu.
The issue of illegal construction is from the Tehsil Bhalwal village Burn has surfaced today and that too openly in the broad day light and it was like a challenge to the government. The land grabber has posed a challenge to the government that no one can do anything to him as he is very powerful can do anything as he want to do. The department remained silent and in deep slumber but someone informed the concerned Naib Tehsildar about the illegal construction and the Naib tehsildar came into action and deputed the concerned Patwari to stop the work and the concerned Patwari reached on the spot and stopped the illegal construction work by the land grabbers.
The issue is that DC Jammu has categorically stated that encroachment will not be tolerated at any cost but the revenue officers have not cared about it and indirectly allowed land grabbers to grab the land that too Gair Mumkin Jaad.
It is pertinent to mention that on July 17, Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu Ghanshayam Singh ji visited to the spot and stopped the work but who supported the land grabbers that they again tried to construct the shop illegally. It means there are some dishonest revenue officers who are openly supporting the land grabbers to grab the land and now it is duty of DC Jammu Anshul Garg to identify the corrupt and dishonest revenue officers and kick them out who are hell bent to destroy the Jammu.
The Naib Tehsildar has asked the Patwari to make a report about the illegal construction and there are some unconfirmed reports that Patwari and Naib Tehsildar has submitted the report to the Tehsildar immediately and now the ball is in the court of tehsildar how to act on it.
