On the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the temple committee and local residents organized a huge langar and satsang at Ganga Sarovar Dham Dabalehar RSpura. During the program, Dr. Rahul Shastri Ji sang the Shiv Vivah Katha and hymns during the program. In Satsang, Mahatma Sham Giri Ji Maharaj and Jammu Kashmir President of the World Brahmin Federation, Pandit Dakhseesh Ji Maharaj were present in a special manner. Dr. Rahul Shastri told that on the day of Mahashivratri, Lord Shankar appeared in the form of Linga and Shiva was also married on this pios day. He also gave knowledge to the devotees about the importance of this day and the method of worshiping on this day, etc. Prasad was distributed among all the devotees present after the satsang.
Speaking on this religious auspicious occasion, President of the World Brahmin Federation, Dakhseesh Sharma said that all the sorrows and troubles from life are solved by offering prayers to Lord Shiva. He also appealed to all the sangat present to follow the religion and contribute to the propagation of Sanatan Dharma.
