Strangers in the mirror can be dangerous!

Is he Patwari or property dealer in Akhnoor, Revenue department has to clarify?
*This Patwari in Akhnoor definitely is and so far has been having his own way! But how and why?
*Now it is upto ACB to act on the wicked Patwari, who is employee of Revenue department but he is working as independent property dealer (Dalal) and fleecing the innocent people.
*How he amassed such huge property including two separate Patiala houses, hotel, crusher, dumper and benami property including plots and other land.
*Now it is not a secret that he is very corrupt Patwari and where he has been posted he has focused on every illegality and wreaked damage to poor families while mixing with a police officer.

Is the revenue department of UT Jammu so decomposed? By the look of things it is a smelly corpse that needs treatment from the forensic experts as to what is wrong where. This man, I mean the Patwari has crossed all possible limits of corruption and it seems that he has been sanctioned the authority to do the outrageous. He spell doom in the then Niabat Bhalwal and now has been transferred to Akhnoor where he is continuing to be bad on as if he was destined to do so. How can such an unscrupulous human being be a Government official? His story ever since he became a Patwari is crumbled houses of land scams, heavily flesh loaded skeleton of bribery and a dark alley of making a fortune at the cost of the state. Some memorable foul play of his go as follows:
*He put under the torment Qism Gair Mumkin Jarhs and that to at a wholesome price to the land mafia operational there in Niabat Bhalwal at that time.
*Where he did it, Jammu Jottings has already said so.
*Then like a burlesque warrior to spread the phenomenon of graft on lands he acted as a broker of the land deal in Khasra No. 2799.
*The deal was trashed but the land has not been taken back by the state. Could be possible that it is on the name of a Retired Inspector General’s wife who once served the elite Jammu and Kashmir Police, purchased for a different reason but the Qism is Kaasht (Agriculture) as mentioned in documents by this master of hypnotism on land encroachments.
*He has already made a fortune but has made up his mind not to stop.
*In Akhnoor, now he has gone berserk. In fact he is a desperado on a money fleece hunt again on lands.
*The top guns in administration by now should have stopped him but none is willing?
*In his absurd mechanisms he is slicing of Fards, changing Qisms of lands, taking money and moving along scot free, perhaps fully well knowing and realizing that he would never be checked.
*In short making a mockery of the administration!
*This way corruption cannot be eradicated in Jammu and Kashmir!
But the other side of the coin says that citadel of corruption can be demolished. Without strong institutions, impunity becomes the very foundation upon which systems of corruption are built. And if impunity is not demolished, all efforts to bring an end to corruption are in vain. This is happening in Jammu and Kashmir. Integrity, transparency and the fight against corruption have to be part of the culture. They have to be taught as fundamental values. No one in Jammu and Kashmir thus far has done it. People’s indifference is the best breeding ground for corruption to grow. We in Jammu and Kashmir do tend to show indifference and let this small matter develop into a massive snow ball, by the way it has already. So the duty of the youth has to be challenging corruption and the people should be conscious that they can change a corrupt system. One strong belief can settle it all, and that is corruption is a malignant cancer, a cancer that eats away at a citizen’s faith in democracy, diminishes the instinct for innovation and creativity!
This Patwari is an epitome of corruption on lands. His wings need clipping and it can be done if the administration acts! So far they have not but may be tomorrow they would do that! That is a hope but will it be conclusive is not known as yet!
