JDA is on regression!

Ineligible Surveyors in JDA can manage anything with money power
*JDA VC must act on time and should take cognizance of the issue, which is very serious issue in nature.
*If every reform will be done by the Lt Governor then what is the fun of so much bureaucrats and officer.

Why the higher officials of Jammu Development Authority are unmoved over issue of non-techies Surveyors? Why the higher officials of Jammu Development Authority are so weak before the ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors? Why is Vice Chairperson the higher officials of Jammu Development Authority Babila Rakwal so weak and feeble before the strength of ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors? Why the entire Housing & Urban Development Department of Jammu & Kashmir so scared from ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors? Why the system is so callous that flatly denying the factual position damaging the Jammu Development Authority? These are some uncomfortable but rational questions irritating in the mind of people and they want to know the answers and they are waiting for some reasonable action against these ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors in the interest of Jammu. Though they may be powerful and using money power in the department yet they must be punished for managing the things in their interest by using all means.
It seems that ineligible Surveyors are so powerful that Vice Chairperson is looking so feeble, fragile and helpless before the ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors. The Principal Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department, Jammu & Kashmir Government Mr Dheeraj Gupta is not taking interest in JDA as JDA is playing in wrong hands. The ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors are hell bent to destroy the Jammu and moreover the Jammu & Kashmir falls under the earthquake zone and this is something like that Jammu is sitting on tickling bomb and these ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors are instrumental for inviting disaster for Jammu.
The people of Jammu in quandary that what stops the Vice Chairperson from taking the cognizance of the issue of ineligible and unprofessional Surveyors, who are on damaging spree and they are wreaking damage to Jammu natural creatures. To become a Surveyor a technical degree or at least technical diploma from Technical College is needed so that they may have the technical education while surveying but here in JDA all rules and regulations have been thrown to wind. Now the matter is in the public domain and no one can deny about it that the issue has not been brought into her/his notices. Let we see how the JDA VC and Principal Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department Jammu & Kashmir will act and when?
